I avoided the Corona Virus for two thousand years before it finally got me last week. I got the news right after filming a small part for this delightful video my friend Shelby put together (I’m around minute 6:30) For one week I was pretty much asymptomatic and full of boredom. Then I was better. I left the house, I was free, I went to New York City and peed in many, many restaurants without buying anything. I had two glorious days of good health and then Sunday night I crashed. HARD. Fever. Headache. Chills. Was this COVID rebound? The nightmare variant? Some disease I contracted the first 3 minutes of being outside in Manhattan with my newborn immune system? Monday sucked but Tuesday I felt better. Actually I can point to the exact moment. It was 10:25am when I coughed up the actual devil:

Everything is back to normal now except my voice is gone. Well, actually right now it’s not gone, gone. It’s just…barely there. My throat doesn’t hurt, but it does feel like my vocal chords are trying to lift a 50 pound box every time I want to say anything. Like the gym.

Alot of fun things have happened since losing my voice.

I walked around Aldi and I found assimilated Gelt:
